Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Accounts Executive to manage financial transactions, reporting, and statutory compliance for our organization. The role requires strong expertise in Tally Prime, Microsoft Excel, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management and Reporting

  • Handle payments, receipts, and expense reports using Tally Prime
  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare management reports
  • Analyze data in Excel for budgeting and forecasting

Taxation and Compliance

  • Ensure accurate TDS deductions and timely filing of quarterly TDS returns
  • Stay updated with Income Tax regulations and ensure statutory compliance
  • Support audit processes and regulatory documentation

Collaboration and Communication

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure financial clarity
  • Interact with vendors, clients, and external auditors
  • Assist management in financial planning and decision-making
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • B.Com or M.Com qualification
  • Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience
  • Strong proficiency in Tally Prime
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in TDS deduction and filings
  • Good understanding of Income Tax laws
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Clear verbal and written communication
