Psalm 33:1

Rejoice in the Lord, O you righteous! For praise from the upright is beautiful.

The Holy Bible often reminds us to rejoice in the Lord and praise God at all times. Ever wondered why? Because our God is great and greatly to be praised! Our mighty creator deserves all the glory, for He made all things beautiful and He sustains us daily. So, rejoicing in Him and praising Him are not just actions; they are true expressions of worship.

When we come to know God and are born again, we are made righteous through Christ. God is upright, and His laws and commandments are given for our good, so that we flourish. True satisfaction in life comes from living by His Word. When we experience His infinite love and new mercies every day, shouldn’t our response be obedience and heartfelt praise?

The songs we sing proclaim, “Praise the Lord” – signifying that we were created to praise and glorify Him. Knowing that our Lord Jesus gave His life for us, granting us direct access to God, our Father, gives us more than ten thousand reasons to praise Him.

Prayer: Lord, thank You for Your goodness! When You created the universe, You declared all things good. We thank You for Your mercies, which are new every morning, and Your blessings that never cease. Help us walk in righteousness, reflecting Your nature. Amen!

Thank you Lord for every new morning for every breath. Help me to always walk holding your hand and Praising you not ten thousand times but a million times every day. Lord help me to walk in your righteousness. Amen
