God, our instructor and teacher

Psalm 32:8:  I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go; I will guide thee with mine eye.

God loves to instruct those who want to learn.  If we commit our ways to the Lord, He will teach us or direct us as to which way we should be taking in the highway of our life.  He will also guide us with His eye, which means He will constantly monitor us and ensure that no harm will befall us.

If we are willing to be led by God, He will take charge of our life.  He will never force His way or His direction for our life unless we want it.  As much as He wants to lead us, it also depends on whether we want His way or our way. Committing our life to Him means every part of our life, every aspect of it, every bit of it should be handed over to Him.  Our desires and our wishes will never take priority when God wants His plans and His directions for us.  God knows what is best for us even though we think it is not the one that we had always wanted.  God chooses something for us knowing very well of its use and implications and of its blessings in the long run unlike us choosing something which is just good for that particular time and situation.

Let God have His way in our life.  Let Him instruct us and teach us in the way we should go.  This is the right thing that we should all be doing as good believers.  Let Him guide us with His eyes as we travel along this spiritual journey.
