I John 5:18: We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not.
Whoever is born of God or have God in them will not sin. The devil will not dare touch such a person who is born of God. God will keep anyone who is born of him safe and sound.
Temptations and trials come to every human being on the face of the earth. It is God who keeps us safe in times such as these. Job was tested and tried, but God did not allow the devil to touch his life. Sin also comes knocking at our heart many times. It just waits for an opportunity to break its way through in everyone’s life, but whoever is born of God will not yield in to sin or temptation because their strength is in God and it is God who keeps them safe in His care and protection. We can do nothing by our strength. If we commit our lives to God and put our faith in Him, He will ensure that we are safe.
God will take care of us if we fully trust in His protection and His grace. God will keep His children safe, i.e., whoever trusts in His power and mercy. If there is something in our life which belongs to the devil, it is time we shake ourselves off it. Ask God to cleanse your life and make it whole in order for the devil to find no hold in you. Have nothing to do with him. Believe in God to live a life of holiness and a life of integrity.
